For a unique experience, head up to the panoramic rooftop: an exclusive sun terrace where you can enjoy breakfast with the morning breeze or an evening aperitif, admiring breathtaking 360° views of Lake Garda and majestic Monte Baldo.



The interiors are designed for comfort and togetherness. On the first floor, you’ll find a bright open space with two comfortable sofas and a fully equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher, oven, and all essentials. Large windows connect the indoors to terraces and balconies, ideal for dining under the stars. Also on the first floor is a convenient guest bathroom with WC and sink (no shower), perfect for daytime use. The sleeping area, located on the ground floor to ensure cool, quiet rooms even in summer, offers three spacious double bedrooms and two full bathrooms, each with a large shower and whirlpool tub—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.
