Beautiful hotel with an excellent guest experience

A fresh and modern hotel that also appeals to younger generations. Styled with a minimalist design and yet all the necessary amenities (and some extras). I especially loved the all-day coffee bar and the fact that you can text questions to the lobby staff to get an almost immediate response. The free breakfast was excellent. Everything in the hotel is stocked and clean. We stayed over a busy weekend but they were always quick to help. They have a very streamlined process and effective staff so you get quick, if not immediate, assistance. If you are a light sleeper, the airplanes overhead may be difficult to handle. We didn’t have an issue sleeping and really enjoyed our stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to book here again and it’s great to learn that they are pet-friendly as well!

My one criticism would be the the lack of some items in the room. No drawers to put items away (only shelves and a bar with hangers where everything is open and visible), no coffee machine (sorry, but I don't feel like going to the lobby for coffee when I'm in my PJs), and no microwave.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. No tea making facilities in room was disappointing , although there was facilities in the foyer. The quality of the tea bags was also poor.
