One of the door locks were broken which wasn’t good at all for the amount paid for the room & one of the showers were hard to turn, handle could’ve been looked at beforehand before checking in.

Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended! We had an amazing experience at Residence Inn. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and helpful. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and I immediately felt at home. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful amenities like complimentary water, toiletries, coffee/tea. Housekeeping did a great job maintaining the room throughout our stay. The hotel’s location is perfect—It made getting around the city so easy. We also enjoyed the facilities like breakfast and pool. Everything was well-maintained, and the service was top-notch. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely return. A big shout out to Ms. Rosalina one of the staff in the hotel. She is very polite, greeted every customer during their breakfast and made sure everything is being take cared off. She is very passionate on what she was doing.
