Honestly we didn’t encounter anything unique but we did enjoy each member of the staff beacause of their commitment to very good service. The Parkin/drop off area was very difficult as there were no spots to stop and unpack. This situation is a concern as to whether we would choose this hotel again. Thanks

Clean and great location

Our room was clean and comfortable. The proximity to downtown and transit options was great. We also got good use out of the fitness center on the 4th floor, which had more than enough to offer for a quick workout while traveling.

We found the Pantages Hotel to be ideally situated, right next door to the Eaton Centre & a myriad of shops, a food square & the PATH. Our room was wonderful, a corner room with a kitchenette & separate bedroom. All recently renovated & extremely clean & tidy. All members of staff were helpful & friendly. We would definitely stay here again.
