Convenient location for the most touristy areas of Toronto. Super close to union station making it easy for transport and the scotiabank arena Very clean and it seems like a newly renovated hotel The only downside is how noisy it can be at night but that is a given based on how large Toronto is

Great location, clean comfortable room. A little noisy and the front desk lady tried to charge us 100 bucks for early check-in instead of the 75 I was told about on the phone when I called to ask. Nice clean indoor pool and hot tub with nice windows to look out.

My wife and I went to Toronto to take in a couple of Blue Jays games. We found it very convenient to walk to and from the games and an easy walk to other attractions we wanted to see. There were several restaurants we enjoyed that were easy to find and get to. In general we found the rooms to be clean but found the carpet could have been cleaner. On a bit of a negative, on our last night there I had asked the gentlemen at the front desk about the reliability and convenience about getting an Uber to pick us up fairly early in the morning. We are from a reasonably small place and havent had much experience with Uber. We wanted to be to Pearson by 7:45am and I wanted to know if I could count on an Uber/taxi to be there early enough to get me to the airport on time. I felt like he was trying to dissuade from using Uber/taxi in favor of an in-house service, saying that Uber/taxi would be expensive and unreliabe. He told me the in-house service would be $75 and the others would be up to $100. In the end I was able to reserve an Uber for the next morning whom was there even a little earlier that I asked and the cost was only $45. I feel like when a customer asks for assistance at the front desk of a hotel, the staff should be more interested in assisting the guest in the best possible way rather than making more money for the hotel.

Check-in was well handled. Breakfast facilities were great. Staff were friendly and professional. One member of staff (Burak Kaya) went above and beyond to contact me after I had left some of our travel documents in my room. Room and hotel were clean and well presented and maintained.
