The lady who checked us in December 4/25 was a wonderful person . Very kind and helpful. Breakfast staff was amazing and couldn’t do enough for us. Our room staff were great and had everything always done ( we had a teenager with us, so not an easy job

The location was ideal for us. Very handy to trains at Union Station, The Distillery District and St. Lawrence Market. We really liked the breakfasts, and Tatiana (sp) was super friendly serving us. The room was very comfortable and clean.

Friendly courteous staff. Room was new modern and spotless. Towels could be softer and perhaps offer pickup from the train station. If you do I just missed it. Offer pickup when someone is making the reservation? A room microwave would be a bonus! Not here long enough to have an opinion on other services but appreciate the luggage storage option.
