The window curtain is not designed to close to block out street nor sunlight. The in room safe was not operational due to low battery. Had to report this issue twice before it was fixed. All the front desk staff were probably overworked or tired, never see them greet the guests who walked pass their desk.

The complimentary breakfast was a little disappointing (but it always is at hotels), the hallways smelled like old cigarettes and the rooms smelled like chlorine sometimes, and the vending machines didn't work... but other than that it was a pretty great stay!! The rooms and bathrooms were decent and it overall felt safe and like a good location.

The first room I was in I had to go change because of the smell of musty but also was overpowered with an air freshener trying to hide the musty smell. The second room there isn’t enough lighting in the main room or the bathroom. The toilet paper was super cheap and scratchy. The pillows were uncomfortable to sleep on. The continental breakfast was actually pretty decent.
