The hotel room looks pretty good, but it need to make sure their one and only one elevator is working. Unfortunately, it didn't work during my checkin day. Also, they need to put more air freshener in their rooms to get rid of previous guest's smell.

The place was clean. But the staff was not friendly. The breakfast was limited options. Everything was so cold. There was only one toaster. Had to stay on line to use it. We have not had a worst breakfast than this. In room 416 the exhaust fan in a bathroom was making big noice. We usually like to have the bathroom light on at night but it was so loud that we couldn’t do it. Besides there were small ants in the bathroom sink. Hope they get these things fixed.

Room temp and comfort was muggy. But decent. The AC worked well. The concierge and front desk people were nice. Parking was easy and ample parking spaces. The hallways smelled like old walls with a hint of smoked ciggarettes. The elevator was so old. It also didnt smell pleasant in there. The worst part was that the room had annoying fruit flies just roaming about. And ANTS in the area. Yes, ants. The shower curtain kept on detatching and falling on the ground. The TV was old in room 309 and wasn't up to standard. The internet kept on disconnecting, which made google stream services disconnect every 40 to 60 mins.

For what we needed -- a place to lay up for the night before heading to the airport the next morning -- it was fine. But a couple of the lights in the room didn't work, the carpet needs a deep cleaning, and the mattresses were uncomfortable.
