Booked a room with 2 queen beds but was given a room with just one bed even though they were the same price. I just got back from my trip exhausted and they told me I’d have to wait 20-30 minutes for the 2 Queen bed room or get one immediately with just one bed. I was too exhausted to wait and had to take the one bed but very unhappy about it

Room was clean. We were in a room on the ground floor next to the stairs/exit. Every time the stairwell door closes or the next door room closes, we hear a loud bang. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was okay. Location is convenient for our purposes. It’s 5 min drive from the Train station to go to Toronto or other provinces within Canada.
