Welcome to my 2 bedroom 1.5 bathroom condo with free parking for 1 car located where the entertainment district, waterfront, and financial district merge.

You can catch some fresh air or to take a walk at Rees Street Parkette, Roundhouse Park and Harbour Square Park. The Waterfront, CityPlace, St. Lawrence and King West are all nearby! Discover some of the city's best bars and restaurants, and major theatre productions!

The space
Feel perfectly at home in this 2 bedroom 1.5 bathroom unit which offers a stunning balcony view of downtown and CN Tower! Perfect for solo travelers, couples, and even those who in the city for business!

The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed with an ensuite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has also a queen-sized bed. A pull out sofa bed is also available and there's a dedicated workspace perfect for those who are working from home!

The kitchen and dining are are fully equipped with everything you need to make your favorite meal and the living room is setup with comfortable couch for you to relax after the long sightseeing and working.

You don't have to worry because guests will be provided with sets of sheets, linens, duvets for all beds as well as extra towels and a stacked washer & a dryer!

A high-speed Wifi of up to 1 Gbps, a 55" Smart TV, and 1 free parking spot are all provided during your stay!

We had a great stay at Stephanie’s property! The place was clean, comfortable, and well suited for our team. Communication was excellent throughout the process, and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Stephanie was a wonderful host, and we really appreciated her hospitality. We would happily recommend her property to others and would definitely stay here again!

Avoid at all costs. Property was filthy, couch was disgusting, duct tape holding the floorboards together, walls have never been washed, mirrors smashed, the most unclean BNB I’ve ever had. Communication with the host was terrible, we couldn’t figure out parking and they were not helpful. Find somewhere else to stay.

Stephanie is a great host, very responsive and super friendly. We arrived late and had a very smooth check in experience. However, the rental property itself was very disappointing. The images are very misleading, the floor was duck taped in the kitchen area, the bathrooms were VERY dirty, no toilet paper holders as they were all broken and placed on top of the toilet. The beds were not clean..full of stains, every single wall in the apartment had damage and the mirrors were broken. While the location is very convenient, the place itself was a let down. We travelled with kids and the balcony doors were all broken (could not lock them as the lock was broken)... and the front door of the unit was very hard to lock and was stuck majority of the time. While the host was very kind the unit itself needs some attention.
