Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
The worst place we have ever stayed. There were not enough towels or hand towels, not enough blankets, and there was mold on the tray. There was also no dining table or chairs, so we had nowhere to sit and eat. The bathroom was not clean, and the Wi-Fi did not work. This place was very uncomfortable and not suitable for a family.

The photos of this property are misleading. The furniture in the photos on the ad is not the furniture in the house. The bathtub was clean, however the floors were dirty the sinks were dirty the dishes were all dirty. We were three people staying for 5 days, and we're giving two towels and refused to be given at least one more for the third guest. Therefore we had to go out and buy towels. It's advertised as sleeps five people, but it's not specified how until I reached out to the host and asked him. We were told there was a fold-out futon and an air mattress. That was fine for us but when we opened up the futon the entire middle of the couch was full of crumbs, and it was so old and uncomfortable.We went to the air mattress it was very dirty, we cleaned it off and put fresh sheets and use the air mattress, just to end up basically on the floor by morning. We went and bought a mattress topper to sleep on the floor with as host didn't have an alternative for us. We were traveling with our child 10 years old, and the Wi-Fi worked the first night and did not work the remaining nights. We couldn't use the TV because everything required internet. The host just told us it worked and to reset our phones and although we did that it didn't work and no further action was taken to get it fixed.The host was responding however, seemed like the solution for everything was "too bad, deal with it." It's advertised as a luxury stay... it was the farthest thing from that.
