Suite was good. Lack of elevators were the problem. No communication that there was one of six elevators working which caused a lot of troubles. For everyone. Deposit still not returned. Would not return. Based on these issues.

If you are staying for an event at rogers center, the location cant be beat. Upgraded for a view of the CN tower. The balcony also allowed to to feel the vibe of the event at rogers as people start descending. The condo itself could use a facelift. The appliances and kitchen ware all seemed cheap, so if using it for the kitchen you might be lacking a few things (dish towels, paper towels). The bed could also use an upgrade. In saying that, i would not hesitate to stay here again, location couldnt be beat

Our experience at Life Suites Toronto was confusing and disappointing from start to finish. The property presents itself as a hotel on Expedia, but it’s really an apartment-style setup with no clear signage, no reception, and minimal support from on-site staff. The address listed online didn’t match the building, making check-in unnecessarily stressful. Once there, the elevators were broken or painfully slow, and guests were told to take outside stairwells with luggage. Rooms were inconsistent in quality, noisy, and poorly maintained, and the amenities like the gym and water fountains were either closed or nonfunctional. For a company that books multiple stays a year, this level of confusion and neglect is unacceptable. We won’t be returning and will advise our team to look elsewhere for future Toronto accommodations.

What a beautiful suite with a balcony overlooking the city! Wall to floor windows in the living room and bedroom. Great price, and WOW right across the street from Rogers Centre! And a Starbucks being on the first floor was a definite plus!

Would never stay here again. Check in was disorganized. Room was in terrible shape. Mattress was so soft I sank in. Pillows were poor quality. Towels were pilled and super thin. Floor had bubbles from water damage. Cabinets were falling apart. Door handle for shower was loose. No bath mat for shower. Floor was very slippery. Carpet in hallway was coming up. Overall poor experience especially considering the huge ticket price. Location was great however

Great location for what we were looking for, the room had a really strong air freshener odour when I took out the air freshener as it was causing a headache, the room smelled like old smoke? I tried to keep windows open to clear smell but the smell of cannabis was outside..… other than that communication was excellent - everything was clean.. only one elevator was working so a bit of a pain but they had a pipe break . I would stay here again in a pinch due to location

The property is in an excellent location, very close to the CN Tower and Rogers Stadium. The suite was clean and quiet, and had everything we needed. The communication was a bit confusing - it seemed like I was getting many emails but it wasn't until our last night that I found the information "portal ". There were a couple of issues. First, only 1 of 3 elevators the "lower floors" was working, causing long waits (or walking up and down the stairs). Second, it was cold in the suite and turning off the "system" (as suggested) did nothing. On the last evening, I set it to "heat" and turned the temperature down, which finally fixed it. Other than these issues, everything was good and we enjoyed our stay.

Good….Literally across the street from CN Tower, Rogers Center, and Ripley's Aquarium. Via Rail Union Train station only à 3 block walk away. Bad…over the 2 days/3 nites, the fire dept had to rescue people twice from stuck elevators. Afterwards, elevators were limited to 7 passengers only, which led to long waits and line-ups. Elevators often slow, and even missed floors completely when button pressed. No air conditioning in elevator. So many angry guests vowing never to return ! Bad….no teapot, only one key issued (most hotels give two), can opener doesn't work Bad……no security. Anyone can wait by the door and walk in when a guest opens the lobby door. Security desk people are not situated right by the front door.

The location to this property was excellent, they provide excellent details as to location , check in as well as check out. Very responsive and efficient with any issues through their e mail/messaging system. The actual "aparthotel" is in need of a deep cleaning, the bed linens as well as furniture need an upgrade. The furniture was stained from previous guests. The kitchen area did look clean, we didn't use so uncertain of working order. Windows and curtains need cleaning. It is very unfortunate because otherwise this would be an excellent place to stay while visiting Toronto
