Our experience at Life Suites Toronto was confusing and disappointing from start to finish. The property presents itself as a hotel on Expedia, but it’s really an apartment-style setup with no clear signage, no reception, and minimal support from on-site staff. The address listed online didn’t match the building, making check-in unnecessarily stressful. Once there, the elevators were broken or painfully slow, and guests were told to take outside stairwells with luggage. Rooms were inconsistent in quality, noisy, and poorly maintained, and the amenities like the gym and water fountains were either closed or nonfunctional. For a company that books multiple stays a year, this level of confusion and neglect is unacceptable. We won’t be returning and will advise our team to look elsewhere for future Toronto accommodations.
