The staff go above and beyond, from the valet service to the receptionist, to the cleaning and hospitality staff! Aisling at front desk made our check-in pleasant and made our stay feel special. We mentioned we were there for an anniversary celebration and she got a dessert brought up to our room. Would 11/10 recommend this hotel and would definitely return!

I was shocked by the receipt breakdown, and all the extra fees and charger, they should all be included in the set room price. My daughter and I would have appreciated working jets in the hot tub, for the price we paid, breakfast should be included, and we were not impressed that the fridge was full of drinks because there was no room for our food, and we'd have liked a microwave to heat up our food, it also wasn't well explained that the 25$+ was mandatory and would be added to our bill even if we didn't use the amenities provided, we were under the impression that it was optional, would never stay here again, and would not recommend.

The Intercontinental is such a beautiful property and staff are absolutely the best. When my daughter and granddaughter joined me during my stay, four-year-old Emmy was delighted to receive a stuffed toy from the front desk when they checked in. So thoughtful! Love that the hotel is connected to the Metro Convention Centre for work purposes. Beautifully decorated for Christmas too!

Spacious, well-appointed room. Was able to fully relax after a long day of work and commute from Montreal with a hot shower in the large luxe bathroom, slip into a cushy robe, and order room service. Bliss! Food was also deliciously prepared and extremely generous. Enjoyed everything, including check-in. Always recommend this property, and its sister in Montreal.
