We really enjoyed our stay. However, the 'spa' was disappointing. Its not designed well - for a 10 night stay, there were no drawers to store clothing. And then the adjacent room with the jacuzzi tub had a window in it that shone directly into the bedroom area so that if someone had to use the bathroom in the middle of the night, it woke the other one up. The breakfast was questionable at best- pretty sure our stomachs were suffering because of the eggs- didnt have for the rest of our stay. I don't know if this was worth the price. The staff were excellent though so maybe if we stay again, we'd pick a different room.

The outlet mall was right across the street so that was nice, staff was great, beds were a bit soft, tv really made me mad, as channels weren’t what they said they were, and it kept losing the signal, very frustrating, and should have mats in the gym, I train my core a lot, so a mat would have been nice, used a towel, 🙄

Yulia, who helped us during breakfast was terrific. When my husband was feeling under the weather, she carried a breakfast tray upstairs for me and then checked daily to make sure he was ok. Would choose this hotel again when in Winnipeg

Our only complaint was that we have never been to a hotel whose policy is that they clean ( make the bed) only every other day unless you "request" the bed to be made. We're used to towels being kept for a few days, but at the prices this hotel charges, to come home to a made bed should be a given. Other than that observation our stay was very good.
