Check in was very stressful. I was told that hotels.com didn't book my accommodation with the hotel. Spent 2hrs trying to sort out, i had to pay for the booking again. An hr later was told they found the booking and i got a refund. Despite this staff were helping. Room smelt a bit musty but was clean and spacious. Breakfast was very good.

Room a little noisy 11th floor - sirens and road noise. Hallway noise too But - room clean!! mini fridge microwave, breakfast, hot water aid coffee all day evening, fitness room and close to convention center and good restaurants- definitely recommend

I find there is no soundproofing in the walls or the door. You can hear everybody in the next room whether they’re watching TV or talking loud or arguing I don’t know if I want to stay there anymore. The cleaning staff is very noisy in the morning talking so loud. That is my only complaint with the Holiday Inn express downtown.

The overall living conditions are fine. The room is very tidy and spacious, but our room is connected to the next one by a hidden door, so we could clearly hear noise from next door, which was a bit annoying.

Rooms were large which was nice, but with such tiny corner windows that don't even open properly it was so hot in the room. But then the AC was absolutely freezing, so we've both gotten sick from it! Access to fresh air would be appreciated!

The room was nice and clean. But the AC unit is ancient and was so noisy I woke up every time it turned on. The room was very stinky. Very stale and moist like there was no circulation.

Room was clean but the air conditioning unit was so noisy…REALLY Loud! I had a terrible sleep for three nights because of it. The AC also gave off a bad smell. The breakfast area was quite chaotic and not a good experience. We went elsewhere for breakfast. Housekeeping and reception staff were very friendly. The property never replied to any of my messages on the XPedia app.
