Hotel was clean. Pool was very cold. Unfortunately we had housekeeping knocking at our door at 9:30am even though we had our do not disturb tag on the door. They said they had been told we had checked out. The girls were asleep as they were competing at a competition so we ended up getting up & leaving.

Overall it was good. They had great breakfast and employees were polite and helpfu. The ammenities were good too. I feel they should work more towards cleaning schedules for room and scheduling exterminate the property timely. I found water bugs and small roaches in my closet and bathroom. They should exterminate the rooms so this does not happen. Other then that stay was pleasant and we enjoyed it.

Breakfast was underwhelming with very limited options. The toaster wasn’t working and there were no baked beans. The bed and linens were comfortable, but the room itself became extremely cold. We couldn’t control the heat, and cold air from the air conditioning came on instead, forcing us to turn the unit off completely. We did inform the concierge. It’s usually a good stay, but this experience fell short.
