Clean hotel, room is spacious and the bed was super comfy. My only complaint is the quality of the breakfast. I’ve stayed at many Holiday Inns and this one was one of the worst. Very little selection. And, One thing i’d love to see gone is those crappy scrambled eggs that they all serve. Taste like salty, fake garbage. Bring back the real eggs. This hotel had some strange chicken patty instead of sausage or bacon, and it just seemed odd.

The appliances making the pancakes and waffles were not functioning properly. The pancake machine was inconsistent in making whole pancakes. Sometimes it came out mushy or undercooked. The waffle maker did not have a timer. You had to time it yourself and it too was inconsistent with the results. Other than breakfast, the hotel was excellent.

Our room required (minor) maintenance; clogged shower head, peeling paint on door, telephone that would not stop blinking. However room was clean. Breakfast did not offer any non dairy options (oat milk, lactose free yogurt) and the coffee was very weak. Very friendly and helpful staff. Location is in an industrial area but close to the Hwy and 5 min drive to amenities (Walmart etc) 1/2 our drive to Pearson airport.
