Kitchen & laundry were decent and well stocked. However, this was the worst host I have ever dealt with. Communication was extremely poor, with responses often taking at least 12 hours or more. When he eventually responded, he was very dismissive about our concerns and later made an unverified claim about a neighbor complaint while ignoring our request to provide evidence. It made the entire experience feel even more unprofessional.The property is misleading. The photos looked fine but seeing in person was disappointing. The build quality, furnishings, and condition were very low. Nothing about the home was grand, premium, or luxurious as the listing suggested. The listing also advertised a stove that was not in the unit. The windows were covered in mildew, one of the beds was broken, and there was a significant amount of dust, dirt, and debris underneath the bed and throughout the property. The condition of the rental was unacceptable.I also had a very disappointing experience with VRBO. Despite submitting multiple complaints and providing photographs documenting the property's condition, I was told that it was ultimately up to the host, Shams Media Production, to decide how to resolve the situation. As a guest, I expected VRBO to enforce its cleanliness and listing standards rather than leave the decision entirely to the host.I would not recommend staying at this property or relying on VRBO to adequately address serious cleanliness and misrepresentation issues.
