This is a condo building, not a hotel. Check-in process is confusing with no front desk. Damage deposit is paid before check-in instructions are sent and communications & payment occur external to Hotels.com, which feels sketchy. Check your total costs, as there is an extra cleaning fee not included in the room cost. Actual accommodations are nice, but not worth all the extra hassle in my opinion

Clean space. Friendly on site crew. Great view. Communication unprofessional and beyond hard to navigate. Difficult to get clear answers while jumping through multiple communication channels. Check in instructions haphazardly compiled to result in confusion and stress. Check out instructions simple and to the point. But only when those communication channels previously mentioned are streamlines. Which my experience was not. Received unhelpful attitude while painfully sorting out a discrepancy on late check out request day of check out, within minutes of said timing. Resulted in poor outlook of both app and accommodation back to me. And also resulted in ruined personal belongings. Costly simple mistakes overall ruining my outlook of the entire experience.

We spent almost an hour trying to gain access to the unit. We were given a non-existent code. We literally could not get into the room and were stranded on the street. No calls were answered and it took 10-15 minutes for texts to be answered with such helpful responses as "I don't understand", "what code", and the best "I don't understand. Please provide code and video"! Video? Horrible experience overall.

I arrived at the building but could not access the unit. After 3 calls to Expedia - who could not reach of owner of the unit. I left and had to take a hotel. Think twice before you consider using this building. 3 days later I still have not received a refund. But I will take to social media to get my refund.
