The stay wasn’t great. The light in the shower constantly flickered, and the internet was woeful even after multiple attempts to reset it. The room was also far too hot — I had to turn off the entire heating/cooling system just to get it to cool down. Overall, disappointing experience.

The property and services as described on Expedia was not the actual property representation. There is no limited check in available, and instead somebody texted me the day before asking for very intrusive copies of personal information and biometrics to turn over the check in instructions. They were not forthcoming k the use of the data or who would access it. The bathroom did not appear to be clean, and the lighting was broken. Therese were no blackening shades and the light from downtownase sleeping difficult. Dwapitw being on the 40th floor, that location was near both the airport and train station and was very loud. Wouldn't recommend this property.

The property was great and the stay was fine but checking it was a mess. We were supposed to be emailed information about our unit number and asking us for our stay information (eg. ID, deposit, etc) but we never did. We arrived and could not check in. Luckily the security desk was able to give us the number to call and, after about 30 minutes of waiting on hold and being hung up on multiple times, we finally received the email we should have gotten prior to the day of the reservation. After some back and forth emailing we were finally given the proper reservation information that we could use to obtain our keys.

This property is in a great location. Literally right across from the CN Tower, waterfront is close and lots of restaurants to choose from. The apartment has a lot of potential and had good space, had mainly what we needed and is arranged well but really needs a lot of repair and updating. Lights weren’t working, walls are all dirty and scuffed, doors were jamming and falling off. The main door squeaked so loud and the building elevators 2 of the 3 were out of service for 16 floors! The wait to get on was insane. I would lose my mind if I lived here. The smell was pretty bad too. It needs some kind of air freshener. I had to buy febreeze as it smelled really bad. It didn’t feel that clean, like I’m not even sure the sheets were cleaned for us as nothing smelled fresh or washed. The tv in one room isn’t set up and on the master there isn’t any tv. Also, I’m pretty sure I rented a “luxury” room but I definitely wouldn’t call it that. It felt like it was some college student’s haphazard apartment. You aren’t allowed access to the gym as a short term renter which I wasn’t aware of. They also don’t seem to like the short term renters in the building which I get. There is a also a security deposit that you have to make outside of Expedia which was a little odd to me as I didn’t know ahead of time but it was returned to me after our stay. Overall it met our needs but I probably wouldn’t return.

Great stay. Communication and check in instructions could have been sent earlier. Sent several messages with no response had to call Expedia to make sure booking was correct, overall a good stay with a beautiful condo.
