Check in was quick and easy. Room was okay, less the staining and dirt on the walls and a very stale smell in the room. Went for a coffee in the morning and the milk was sour and curdled. Brought it to the attention of the man at the front desk who advised me that I should speak to the lady in the dining room. Waited a few minutes and no one was in sight. There were a few people waiting to be seated. We went out on the night of arrival to come back to police at the front of the lobby. Was a bit concerning. This was our first stay at this hotel chain and our first experience wasn’t the best.
