The bathroom was in dire need of repair. The wallpaper was peeling. The tub was peeling its coat in 3 area. You could not take a bath. The ceiling had bubbles so you can assume correctly there was water damage and mold. The fan did not work. The floor tiles had pieces broken out of it. The curtain didn’t go all the way around so water was everywhere when showering. There are pictures to share

The hotel itself is great! Room service was very easy. Great place to stay when you get stuck in Toronto in the winter time :). The reason for a 4-star rating instead of 5 is that there was a used Qtip in my room (they didn't check the corners of the room). I would stay here again. Mistakes happen. The room was spotless otherwise! Rooms are very spacious.
