Staff were pleasant but only one person on the check-in desk so a long wait for some. Room was just okay. Comfortable beds. TV did not work at all. No shower gel in the bathroom. Shuttle is too small for the large size of the hotel.

No towels , facecloths and when we did get towels they smelled of smoke and very poor and falling apart. Cleaning and corridors dirty for 3 days food was sitting outside some room doors and no bottled water in our rooms Several times we had to go to the reception desk to ask for supplies We have always enjoyed the nice staff but we will not be back after staying here at least 20 times the last 3 visits have been substandard Breakfast was good but again very slow service as not many staff.
