The apartment itself is very nice and beds are comfortable, but the location is unbeatable, near everything touristy. We requested and got an extra bed and a baby crib for our toddler. In suite laundry set was helpful to wash my baby’s cloths. The kitchen is well equipped and my partner enjoyed the using the gym in the building.

Post below now please: Great location, great host, great experience, Felt very safe in the building. Clean, spacious, great location next to CN Tower, Ripley’s Aquarium and Rogers Centre and walk score. Owner was willingly able to accommodate my requests. Very efficient delivery of keys and clear instructions for check-in and check-out. The unit we stayed has an In-suite laundry, Keurig coffee maker, comfortable beds. Loved the Pool and gym use. Definitely recommend to family and friends.

Excellent location, Quality Amenties & Responsive Host. We absolutely loved our stay! The unit was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable, with thoughtful touches throughout that made it feel like home. The bed was very comfortable, the space was quiet, and everything we needed was provided. The host was amazing—super responsive, friendly, and proactive, making check-in and communication completely seamless. The location was a huge highlight: close to great restaurants, shops, and public transportation, and very easy to get around. Everything was within quick walking or driving distance. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an stress-free, comfortable stay in a fantastic location. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would 100% stay here again. Highly, highly recommend!

A nightmare check-in experience — do not recommend My check-in instructions said to go to the front desk when I arrived. When I got to the property, there was no front desk at all. I spoke with security, who confirmed I was at the correct address, but told me I should have been provided with a unit number and door code. I had received neither. I immediately contacted Hotels.com, but they were unable to reach anyone at the property. I waited for about an hour while trying to get the situation resolved and ultimately had to find and book another place to stay on my own. After that, I spent even more time on multiple calls trying to get a refund, while Hotels.com continued trying unsuccessfully to contact the property. Showing up in a foreign city expecting to have accommodations and suddenly realizing you have nowhere to stay is incredibly stressful. A property that does not provide guests with the information needed to access their accommodation — and cannot be reached when there is a problem — should not be available to book on Hotels.com. This was an absolute nightmare of an experience, and I would not recommend this property to anyone.
