Disliked: Check-in, communication
The apartment was good with a great view of Toronto city skyline and the lake. However the building itself was unfinished, access was confusing and the underground parking was not well signposted. Check-in and checkout procedures were quite complicated, checkout procedures in particular was not well communicted. There was only one keycard available, which made it inconvenient if going out separately.
