My bad for not doing my research...

So I don't think I fully understood how this worked - because I found it on Hotels.com I assumed it was a traditional hotel. But there were too many emails, and they were going to the wrong people (I booked for 2 parties), the property had no housekeeping (again, my bad) and to try to do something like get more towels? Seemed like a lot of trouble. However - if you like the sound of Ferraris and Maseratis and McLarens revving up and down the block in the evening this would be a good place for you to stay!

Staff and communication were great. The pictures absolutely did not match the room, however. Dings, gaps in floorboards, sloppy paint jobs, and rust spots on the shower rail were an unwelcome surprise. Note: it is located on the swankiest neighborhood. Think SoHo/Orange County.

A safe location with security. Well located in Yorkville. The suite was comfortable. The communication was excellent. The daily parking is expensive as well as early checking or late check out 50 CAD each. We used a cheaper parking in the neighborhood and check in and checked out in time.

The Perfect GTA Getaway

This is one of the best places I've stayed in the GTA area. The location is perfect—it's close to everything you could need. I also really appreciated how peaceful and quiet the area was. Highly recommend!

Great location! Well equipped and if you needed anything they would get it to you immediately. The communication was outstanding. Parking was a bit confusing, probably just us though, they were patient with us when we needed ‘rescuing’.

Convenient and Comfortable Yorkville Location

Great location which was very convenient to food and dining options (loved that Eataly was a 7 minute walk away), convenient to transit and it was so much more comfortable than a hotel room for working and relaxing. The gym was adequate, not top of the line but fine. A couple f minor complaints - the TV kept showing a "weak signal" message and losing its connection, the wifi strength was questionable as well. I would have appreciated additional bathroom amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) considering I was there for 4 nights, they were used up after the second day, maybe one of those wall mounted shampoo dispensers could be added. The unit was decently equipped and although I didn't cook there, I certainly could have. It would have been helpful to have some basic condiments like salt and pepper, sweetener, sugar etc. in the unit and a tea kettle would be been very appreciated. Overall, I loved the property and would definitely stay there again.
