Was not impressed with the shower. Faucet dripped and was hard to get hot water. Faucet: hot was cold and cold was warm (not hot). Also needs larger shower curtain, couldn't keep it closed on both ends.......that being said: Husband liked the shower! Overall a quick sleep and was sufficient for our one overnight stay.

When we checked in after a 9-hour drive from Texas, the tv in our room didn't work-- the tv systems in the hotel had been redone this week and apparently there were some issues. The evening shift front counter guy was kind and sympathetic and came to our room to try and fix it, but no luck -- so no tv the first evening. Bummer -- that's half the fun of staying in a hotel! We spoke to a manager first thing the next morning and she called a technician to fix it -- plus she offered us a small discount on the firt evening's room rate due to lack of tv. She was very kind and we appreciated her willingness to rectify the situation. TV was working again by the time we returned from mother-in-law's funeral on day two. Our room was really clean and I must say our bed was incredibly comfy -- so nice after a stressful week of funeral stuff, In fact, I'm gonna look for that brand of pillow online for my own bed at home!
