We booked the room and paid for it online. When we arrived we were told the computers were down. We arrived late in the evening and they said they already completed their audit for the night and they showed we were booked for the next day even though I had the receipt. They turned us away and we had to find another hotel. Expedia was awesome and we received a refund on our payment.

well first off I walked in lobby to check in and guy at front counter was asleep on counter i had to say hello 2 times then hes like who r u second off hairs in bathtub and hair on stool. and 3rd check out was 11 and someone walked into my room at 915 no knock no nothing so im alittle upset I pay for privacy and from the start was a bad situation

The room wasn’t too bad. The fold out bed that was in the couch was torn up quite a bit and very worn down the TV where the couch was was not working. The staff was decent. Overall the hot tub was lukewarm could be a lot warmer than that pool was ice cold.

The most horrendous hotel experience I’ve ever had in my life! The room wasn’t serviced and the hotel management said if I didn’t like it I could just leave - So I did! Fair warning for this place!
