Nice hotel. It is very clean and has hot spring. Nothing much surrounding but can grab something from nearby convenience shop. It is a good stop over after landed at Chitose airport before our next day itinerary.

Ein herrliches Hotel. Schon der Eingang zu diesem Hotel ist eine Außergewöhnlichkeit. Wann geht man schon durch einen überdachten Zengarten in ein Hotel? Die Zimmer sind geräumig und komfortabel. Das Personal sehr freundlich.

改装からあまり時間が経っていないのか内装がとても綺麗でデザインもすっきりして好みでした。大浴場もあり大満足。駅から行き帰りとも歩いたのですがシャトルバスなどあれば確実にリピートします。またぜひ利用したいと思います。

立地もよく、温泉＆サウナ最高でした！朝食は、朝市に行きたく素泊まりとしたが、予約時に（時間的に）迷っていると伝えると親切にオープン時間を知らせてくれたり、チェックイン時は、朝市の地図をいただけたりと至れり尽くせりでした。※朝食も評判が良いらしく、今度は、朝もホテルで食べてみようと思ってます。また是非利用します！！

北海道の旅と言えばやはりレンタカーの利用は必須かと思います。場所も分かりやすく駐車場もフリーで利用させていただきました。ありがとうございます。朝食を一泊目に依頼したのですが美味しかったのですが品数が沢山で食べ切れなかったのが残念。若い方なら大喜びかも…。

清潔な部屋は広いし電子レンジの備えもあり、テレビも大きく、とても快適に過ごせました。バスタブのないシャワールームのみでしたが、シャワーヘッドも良く、水圧もあり良かったです。大浴場も使わせてもらいましたが、こちらも綺麗でした。次も苫小牧に泊まる時は利用したいとてもお勧めのホテルです。ありがとうございました。
