Exceptional studio in a spacious and comfortable Attic in an old house with 40m2, and a magnificent view of the lake and sunset. KS bed, work table, living room, armchairs and the best view of the lake. Private bathroom with jacuzzi. Ideal for people looking to work away from noise, reflect or simply enjoy starry nights. Attic is located has absolute privacy. As its name indicates, it is at the top of the house (third level of the street) and therefore has the best view of the lake.
It has a very comfortable KS bed, with anti-mite cover and padded mattress cover. Soft, measured pillows with hypoallergenic covers and mattresses are sprayed with organic anti-mite liquid after each guest change.
You will also have access to the first floor terrace, games room, gym, gardens and garden terraces, as well as the living room, bar, canteen, kitchen, breakfast room and dining room.
