Booked a room with bathroom, the entire place smelled of sewage —- was hard to sleep as a result. Smell gets worse if you use the tub. Down several steep staircases, and freezing cold at night: not recommended! No extractor fans to remove the smell.

El lugar como tal es amplio y bonito. El loft donde nos hospedamos estaba muy amplio y tenía bonitas vistas y bien equipado. Tienen un área de oportunidad muy grande en términos de limpieza y de mantenimiento. Las sábanas de nuestra cama estaban arrugadas y no olían a limpias. Dudamos que las hayan cambiado antes de nuestra estancia. En la regadera tienen un problema con la mezcladora de agua. Solo salía agua hirviendo al grado que no pudimos bañarnos, no mezclaba agua fría. Solo nos bañamos rápidamente “lo esencial” en la bañera. La lámpara de uno de los burós no tiene foco. En la sala el tapete está lleno de manchas, el sofá de la sala tiene roturas y encontramos unas sábanas sucias hechas bola en el librero a un lado del sofá - cama. No tienen una “recepción o front desk” la forma de comunicarte es por whatss app de alguien encargado. Cuando llegamos al estacionamiento tuvimos que llamar por teléfono para que fueran por nosotros y nos entregaran la habitación. La hora de check out es muy poco conveniente 11:00 am), comparada con el check out que es 15:00. No aceptaron que hiciéramos check out más tarde por el tiempo que les lleva limpiar. Lo cual claramente no es así. Muy mala experiencia, a pesar que el lugar es bonito. No regresaremos.
