I would have given a 5, but the room was freezing cold. Everything else was great though. It had a beautiful city skyline view, the bath was amazing and big, everything was clean and new looking and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was a tiny buffet, but the food was good and had different options that worked for everyone in my family. Plus the hotel was close to the train station and a lot of bars and cafes. Another plus, my son loved being able to see the shinkansen from the window. Would have stayed staring out the window all day if he could.

If you're looking for a simple place to stay in Tokyo I would recommend this hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful, the facilities are clean and cleaned regularly and rooms are well equipped for someone who is looking to have a place to sleep at night. Minor negative is a lack of wardrobe section that might be more of an issue for others but wasn't too much trouble for me.

Staff was super awesome and helpful. As for the room, loved it. People complained about the bed. Insaw no problem with it. The pillows are firm but i liked them. My wife did not.

Clean room and friendly staff. They were attentive to our needs and our questions. You are close to many lines which was a big plus. I would stay here again. The only things was that they didn’t have extra pillows.
