Property was very nice and extremely convenient to Disney. Beautiful property. Amenities were very limited. Breakfast and dinner difficult to get, room dining difficult. Reservations were required. 3 star hotel at best.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. The room has a roll out trundle bed that we could easily slide back under one of the beds for more space during the day and nothing beats the ease of walking across a minute to enter the Disneyland park! Happy entry helped out so much even though it was only like 15-20 minutes before park entry. We stacked a lot of ride reservations during the first hour because of early entry! Staff was so nice and helpful. If you are debating whether or not to stay here-just do it! You will NOT regret it. We even took an early afternoon break and went to the room to relax and freshen up for an hour-and it didn’t feel like we lost time!

Check-in was great. Every staff we encountered was very polite and accommodating. The room was spotless. We had everything we needed. The one thing that surprised me was the firmness of the bed was very uncomfortable and made sleeping difficult. We were only there 2 nights and the second night I was so tired after all day at Disney, it didn't matter. We also had a park view and the park music starts at 6:00 sharp. It was great wake up theme music.

The room was lovely and staff amazing however it was so incredibly difficult to find breakfast or dinner if we had not booked ahead - we were told at 5pm all restaurants were booked out and no room service available until 11:30pm. We were travelling with two small children and to think the hotel can’t accommodate all its guests for meals was very poor.

The staff were wonderful: helpful, friendly, pleasant, and were able to assist us when we had questions. The room was bright, clean, relaxing and a great place to unwind. There are two gift shops, one for Disney merchandise and the other for sundries, snacks, food and beverages. Great location if you’re visiting Tokyo Disneyland or Tokyo Disney Sea.

The Tokyo Disneyland Hotel was the best part of my trip. The cast members are incredibly helpful, the theme and park view rooms were stunning, the entire property is beautiful and the location is perfect. They made our first time stay memorable. I will definitely return.

Very conveniently located to Disneyland- very short walk and monorail not required. Well decorated in the Disney theme adding to the magical experience. Staff try their best but not many comprehend English - which is understandable given we are in a foreign country. Book restaurants well in advance or you will not get a reservation.
