Hotel was amazing - super clean, great water pressure, large sized rooms, very comfortable mattress and pillows. Only downside is that the hotel is a little far from the subway station - about 20-25 min walk. The hotel has a shuttle service to and from the Disney parks, as well as the subway station - just need to plan your day accordingly. Having a Lawson on the first floor was a big plus too!

Not much nearby, , no lunch or dinner onsite,convenience store on-site, so uber eats witked a treat,

The hotel itself is very nice clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were also helpful and professional. However, the location is quite inconvenient and misleading. Aside from an in hotel Lawson convenience store, there is essentially nothing within walking distance. For restaurants, shopping, or any kind of activity, you need to take the hotel shuttle or a taxi. Although the hotel location suggests that it is within the Disneyland area, this is not really accurate. In reality, the hotel is located in a remote, industrial area, far from the main attractions and lively parts of the Disney zone. Overall, the hotel is good, but the location is a major downside.

Clean rooms, modern, comfortable bed, convenience store on the first floor, convenient laundry facility. Not convenience location, Uber to train station was between 1100yen to 1800yen one way, they have limited hours on free bus to train station and Disney resorts. For families doing only Disney it was perfect, for families trying to go to Tokyo, Yokohama, Kamakura... It wasn't. We had two fire scares in just one week, tried to get info and the staff didn't want to talk English or gave us info on when was safe to go back to ours room.

New and beautiful hotel. Staffs are super friendly. Hotel is state of the art. Front desk and lobby is beautifully furnished. Lawson store located on 1st floor is bonus. Very convenient. We bought food everyday for breakfast. Rooms were clean, loved the shower and toilets. Great hotel for family with kids. Elevators are fast and they have 4 on each side of the hotel so less waiting time. They have shuttle to take you to maihama station, Disneyland and disneySea. Runs on a time schedule so Just take picture of shuttle schedule to have on hand. Just a note: if you book a longer stay of 5 days or more, hotel policy wants you to change to another room after the 5th day. You have to check out before 11am and check back in 3pm. This can be very inconvenient if you have small kids. But it is what it is. Other than that, hotel was great. I would book again and recommend to family and friends.

Really good stay, lawsons downstairs was so useful. We stayed here for six nights and went into central Tokyo almost every day. Shuttle was great and if we come back to Tokyo, we will stay again!

This is not a Disney hotel but it’s well maintained and clean and has everything you need. The room was very spacious and great value for money. There were 4 single beds so plenty of room for me and my teen boys and a dining table and kitchen area and shower and separate toilet. Friendly staff and there’s a free shuttle bus to the Disney parks. It’s only 20 mins walk down to the station and the dining area and there is a convenience store on the ground floor of hotel. Would highly recommend.

Our room was very spacious and well thought out. There were plenty of charging outlets for multiple devices, hanging hooks for towels and clothes and a sitting area with an upholstered bench seat and 2 individual stools plus a large table. There was a small refrigerator, electric hot water pot, microwave and tea bags, etc. There is a Lawsons in the lobby that has everything you need and a restaurant that serves breakfast. I would've loved a cafe that also served a light meal as the only restaurants are at the train station.

When I checked-in, someone assisted me to a self check-in booth and ask me to type my full name. Because my name is long and needs a period, it took me time to enter it and did it a few times because it can’t find my booking. Then I asked the staff if there’s other way to check in, then they guided me to a person in the reception. They should have told me earlier! Anyway, the room was splendid and spacious for a standard room. I love their theme as well. Breakfast was plentiful, I was expecting a coffee maker but they don’t have one though.
