We’re a family of 4 (2A 2C teens), stayed in Symphony room, for proximity to Disneyland resorts. Regular shuttle bus from hotel to Disneyland and Disney Sea, but it is also walkable from hotel takes approx 15 minutes. Room was cosy and comfortable, very quiet and clean. We could see the Disneyland fireworks from our particular room, not all rooms will be able to do so. Easy to control and set desired room temperature. Daily tidying of rooms, and they kindly provided us with x4 new bottled 500ml water drinks daily. Very friendly and helpful staff, spoke good English and was able to advise us about logistics of getting to our next destination. A Disney store is at the hotel for purchasing Disneyland souvenirs. Other than that, there is no other Disney fanfare, which was fine for us with older children. There’s a small Asian bakery and mini-mart inside the hotel for light snacks and drinks. Didn’t get to dine at their in-house restaurant as there were no vegetarian options. We really enjoyed our stay here and it was very convenient to the Disneyland Resort. Highly recommend.

We spent a total of 7 nights here fornour 1st trip to Japan. So glad we did, Maihama View makesnot easy for you to get to and from the Disney parks. Rooms were excellent, especially the Hearth Floor rooms. Breakfast buffet was excellent and staff so very helpful during our multiple visits.

This place was just great. The rooms were big, the beds were a bit hard but not terrible. Everything you could have possibly forgot was provided in the room. The staff were amazing, so friendly and accommodating. We had a “hearth room” which included the lounge/ club. The happy hour was just okay but the breakfast was fantastic. I would definitely stay here again if we returned to the area.

The rooms were very comfortable, and the daily cleaning was appreciated. The staff was very helpful with checking in, and were extremely kind with our request to hold our luggage at the hotel for a few hours after checking out. We were also provided guidance to the bus station to the airport shuttle to ensure that there were no issues. As English speaking guests, there were no issues with a language barrier. It was overall a great experience.
