The room is quite spacious, but the soundproofing is poor. I stayed for two nights and was woken up around 5–6 a.m. every day because of the noise. The location is convenient and the facilities are new, but the cleanliness is not good.

Had no complaints .. they did charge me a service tax fee when we we arrived it wasn’t much maybe 2 bucks. Combi is close by and if you walk a little father from the bridge close to the train station conbini there’s a tempura sit in place.. soba noodles and udon noodles are good !! . Hotel is Ac-clean-safe , hardly any dust which is nice cause I have allergies . Room service every day . They do provide pajamas big enough to fit an xl adult American just bring bottoms , room slippers , and basic necessities provided —(tooth brush,razors,cotton pad , q tips, plastic brush) Room is equip with mini fridge / coffee machine . Microwave is down stairs in lobby ( vending machines on 6 floor) Also It’s A little journey from the city loop hotel but is super close to train station ( just be prepared to transfer lines ) Hotel to airport is fairly cheap if no traffic-or road work .

Great stay overall! The hotel is clean, modern, and very comfortable. The location is excellent — there’s a FamilyMart right next door, a 7-Eleven across the street, and even a laundromat within walking distance, which made our stay super convenient. The area felt safe and easy to navigate, with plenty of local shops and restaurants nearby. Staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. Would definitely stay here again for the location and convenience alone.

I found hair on bed sheets hair on bed hair on floor hair near fridge. Probably hair stuck in drainer in bathroom that the water didn’t drain well. One side of the bed head light was not working. There was one little sealing light constantly on that kept me light sleep all night. For all these things yet, because of the size of the room being so comfortably big, I would like to stay again.

Great hotel!

Friendly staff, excellent room, great buffet breakfast, easy access to Haneda airport and when good for staying in Tokyo as it's close to Shinagawa station and you're not in a crazy busy area but there's also lots of restaurants nearby. I'd definitely stay here again!

Our second stay at Omori Tmark because we had such a pleasant experience the first time. Great location for convenience and access to train line, stores and restaurants, all for a very competitive and affordable cost. Breakfast buffet is also reasonable and high quality. We will be back again for our next Tokyo visit!

Room clean but when we open the restroom theres as smell on the toilet tht we even need to spray everyday but the smell still there!! Lining of the bathub was bit dirty. Fridge in the room its not even cold tht another bad part. But people on the front desk are very approchable and helpful
