[The Rooms]

[Ground floor | A living and dining room for gathering, talking and relaxing]
The spacious living room at the heart of the home is the best seat for the whole group. Watch a movie on the 50-inch Sony 4K TV, or sit around the large dining table and talk. Spend your time however you like.

The kitchen is stocked with well-designed traditional craft tableware and cookware. More than just cooking, we hope the time you spend around the table with your companions becomes a special memory.

A powerful washing machine with a gas dryer is also provided (free, detergent included). It's reassuring on rainy days and long stays, and lets you pack much lighter.

[Bedrooms | Japanese calm, Western comfort]
The ground floor has two bedrooms with different character.
・Japanese-style room: a calm space like a room in a ryokan. Sleep soundly on tatami with the scent of rush grass.
・Western-style room: two double beds and double-glazed windows for quiet. A peaceful place to recover from a day of travel.

[Upper floor | A Japanese-style room like your own hideaway]
Upstairs is another Japanese-style room. Nostalgic and warm, it feels like a family home in Japan. A large closet (oshiire) also makes it a good base for long stays.

[Bathrooms | A more comfortable start and end to each day]
There is one toilet on each floor, so even large groups can use them without worry. The clean shower room is stocked with quality Seven Premium amenities. Refresh body and mind at the end of the day.

[Neighborhood | A town where you can travel like a local]

About 10 minutes on foot from Oyama Station (Tobu Tojo Line, South Exit), through the Happy Road Oyama shopping street (the shopping street itself is about 4 minutes away). You'll feel real everyday Tokyo here. A convenience store and a late-night supermarket are within a 3-minute walk, so daily shopping is easy.

The real charm of this area is its two distinctive shopping streets.

・Happy Road Oyama shopping street: a covered arcade of about 560 m with roughly 200 shops: supermarkets, convenience stores, drugstores, casual restaurants, cafés and izakaya. Comfortable even in the rain.
・Yuza Oyama shopping street: a local street lined with old-fashioned greengrocers and Japanese confectioners. Take a stroll and meet the warmth of old Tokyo.

[Getting around, with more fun and freedom]
・Shared mobility LUUP: our bicycle parking area is a LUUP port (2 spaces)! Rent an electric-assist bicycle or e-scooter with just your phone and explore Tokyo with the wind in your face. (LUUP app registration and a separate fee are required.)
・Ikebukuro is about 5 minutes by train, no transfer needed.

[Good to know]
・There are 4 other rooms in the same building (for 1 to 3 guests).
・Please sort your trash into "burnable" and "bottles, cans and plastics" and take it to the guest-only garbage station (available 24 hours; location and how to open the lock are sent after booking).
・Operating guides for furniture and appliances are available in English, Chinese and Korean.

[House rules]
1. This is a quiet residential area. Please keep quiet from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and avoid talking or smoking in front of the entrance or in common areas.
2. No parties, loud music or unregistered extra guests.
3. Smoking is prohibited throughout the property. If a smoke alarm is triggered, a fee may be charged.
4. Please take off your shoes at the entrance.
5. Hair dyeing in the rooms or bathrooms is not allowed.
6. You may be charged for any damage to the property.
7. At check-out, please return furniture to its original position and sort your trash.
8. We cannot store luggage, and we cannot accept packages on behalf of guests.
9. Pets are not allowed because the host is allergic.
