Perfect stay!! I had a view of the Tokyo skytree which was a nice surprise!! Room was perfect for me and very clean! Train station is very close with a lot of shops and places to eat. The area is in, Koto City, which is much quieter than the more touristy areas. The train gets you anywhere super quick so it doesn’t really matter that it’s not in the heart of all the touristy things. There’s also an attached pharmacy (think Walgreens vibes) from 9am-11pm for literally anything you need. Great for late night food or relief patches from all the walking 😅 A couple of downsides was the bathroom kind of had a slight funky smell the whole time and the bed is very firm. But despite these two things I would definitely stay here again!

The attention of the staff is good; but I made the reservation for three people and surprised when I entered the room a single bed and small one outside of that when I demanded that they only told me that this was the case and that if I wanted something bigger I had to pay extra when I booked for three people. You did the cleaning every 2-3 days the location is a bit far from everything I wouldn't come back here.

Stayed for one night so it wasn’t a huge deal, and we understand Tokyo hotel rooms are usually small. However, the room we received did not match the renovated rooms shown on the website photos. The room itself was clean, but the bathroom was just okay, and the shower curtain had an unpleasant smell. There were also no blackout curtains or blinds, so the room stayed bright throughout the night, which made it harder to sleep comfortably. Staff was fine, but overall the stay did not quite meet expectations based on the listing. There’s also stain on the wall.

Friendly staff, towels taken every day, rooms cleaned properly every 3 days. The services was really great. They had some useful packs in the front for toothbrushes and toothpaste, slippers, beauty packs and Pyjamas all for free (assuming the PJs needed to be returned at the end (we didn’t use them because we brought our own)). Location was super close to the Kameido train station, and about 20-30 minutes walk to the Tokyo SkyTree. It was great!

We liked how clean it was and the awesome location. It felt nice to be able to come and go as many amenities were nearby. You get clean towels daily as well as trash pick up. They do offer most toilettries and they were really amazing! I wish they would offer simple breakfast, but several options are nearby at great prices. The reception is small and I wish they had more facilities like places to storage luggage (for free as there are lockers but you need to pay) and more things like mini fridges or a microwave as travelling with children, or on your own, you need to sometimes heat up food you buy or to keep your drinks cold. I loved the experience, recommend it and will definitely come back.
