The hotel is located in a reasonably convenient and walkable location considering the price. The room is quite small for a family of five like us (more suitable to just 4 people). The air conditioning is centrally controlled by the hotel and is way too warm. The staff either offer you a tiny fan or ask you to open your own window to let the cold air in. The lady staff at check-in was really unfriendly and not helpful at all, but the rest of the staff throughout the remaining three days were nice and very helpful.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay, always happy to assist with anything we needed (especially the lady and gentleman with glasses who work during morning shift around 9-10am). The location is very convenient, with easy access to public transport, which made getting around simple and stress-free. Overall, a great experience and I would happily stay here again.

Great stay and room was big enough for 3 people! I was scared it was going to be super small but it fit the three of us perfectly. Everything was clean and staff was super helpful. Only confusing thing was turning on the ac it seemed like it wasn’t getting cold at all and the hotel’s heater was automatically on.

洗濯機が１台しかなく、夜遅くに使用しました。終わる時間に合わせて１階に降りましたが、その時すでに私の衣類が乾燥機から勝手に出されてフロントで受け取りました。半乾きの状態でポリ袋に入れられた状態で渡されました！下着類もあったのでとっても不快でした。その後に洗濯機を使用していた中国系の男性に嫌な感じであなたのものはもうここにはないとも言われました。ホワイトボードなどを置いて部屋番号をわかるようにして、そのような際には部屋に連絡をもらうなど対処してもらった方が不快にならず良いかと思います。
