At first we were nervous of the space but quickly were surprised! The hotel is on the small side but oh so charming. The free breakfast was buffet style really delicious and many beverage options. Also, free adult drinks in the evening! There are many restaurants within walking distance. And a family mart and 7/11 5 min walk from the hotel. Also the train station is a 15 min walk from here and it made it easy to get around in Tokyo. We adored this hotel and if we return we will be reserving with Super Hotel.

We had a great stay. The breakfast food menu is great and they change it everyday. I would like to commend the staff especially the Nepali guy (I forgot his name), he is very friendly and accommodating. The location of the hotel is great as well

Will definitely be back in here! Great service and friendly staff. Buffet breakfast is the best! Complimentary service are convenient and practical. I really like the way they set up their service. You can get all the extra stuff you need during your stay. August is hot and humid season, this hotel will give you not just your comfort inside but also outside. They have packs of good items you can used like the sweat napkin that helps you cool down your amrpit/nape, and wax paper that absorbs the oil in your face without ruining your makeup. I If you’re a tourist and first time visiting Tokyo Japan? Choose this hotel and you won’t regret coming here!

Our stay at Super Hotel Tokyo Akabane-Eki Higashiguchi Ichibangai was made incredibly memorable thanks to Ms. Uto at the front desk. Although the last check-in time was 12 midnight, she kindly waited for us until 2AM when we arrived late due to unexpected delays — we were originally scheduled to arrive at 11PM. Her patience, kindness, and dedication went above and beyond. Without her, we would’ve had no place to stay that night. We are truly grateful for her exceptional hospitality. Also, the breakfast was excellent — fresh, delicious, and a perfect way to start the day. Highly recommend this hotel for both its service and comfort.

Stayed for 3 nights in May 2025 without issue. Free high quality breakfast. Wifi is strong on 3rd floor. Has laundry ($) on 1st floor. Restaurants plenty nearby. Few minutes walk from east exit of Akabane railway station. Free drink inside hotel pm and evening. Staff was courteous and helpful. Accept luggage before check in time for free. Held package that I ordered and delivered to hotel, gave to me upon check in. I’m happy with this hotel.

Our family of four enjoyed our stay at this hotel, conveniently located about a 7-minute walk from Akabane Station. While the rooms are small—which seems common in local hotels—they were comfortable and included a satisfactory breakfast. Although the rooms don't offer impressive views, it wasn't a concern for us since we spent most of our day out and about. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and would consider returning if we visit Tokyo again.
