Room was clean when we arrived. They do regular cleaning for hygiene reasons. Staff is helpful and polite and it wasn’t hard to communicate with them in english. I enjoyed their free amenities (coffee was good).

This place is fantastic! The staff were brilliant. Rooms were super clean and comfy. Location to train station brilliant. Breakfast was good although more Japanese than western but the coffee was spot on. Getting back to the staff! They are really well trained and super attentive to your needs. Well done guys. The front staff is absolutely amazing. We had an issue with one of our reservations and they went out of their way to resolve the problem for us. We had a great stay here! If you are looking for something practical and affordable, this is a great option. The breakfast was delicious and had western options available as well - though we tried the Japanese style breakfast and loved it! Amenities in the hotel room and lobby are very nice too. The hotel is very clean and peaceful, in a quiet area too.
