We had a great stay here! If you are looking for something practical and affordable, this is a great option. The breakfast was delicious and had western options available as well - though we tried the Japanese style breakfast and loved it! Amenities in the hotel room and lobby are very nice too. The hotel is very clean and peaceful, in a quiet area too.

2 person room was huge! So much space to open luggage and the beds were twin beds. Bathroom was good and it’s in a quieter part of Hamamatsucho which was nice. I’d 1000% stay here again.

Could not get a bag of tea from breakfast to my room for later, couldn’t fill my water bottle using theirs in breakfast time either - not sure if this’s a rule or not but just funny as I paid for breakfast and it’s not like I am bringing bunch of food for later (just a tea bag/water). Other than that, location and other service is great.

Staff was so friendly and took care of all my needs. Property had lots of amenities like vending machines and laundromat! Staff in main lobby was always helpful even for things like utensils for take out that I had forgotten. The staff was always cheerful and always greeted everyone in the lobby. Even after checkout they secured my group’s luggage and took care of it until it was time to head to the airport which was hours after check out. There were so many places to go to (restaurants and shops) all within walking distances and two main subway stations that we always used was super close! Amazing place to stay, would recommend to anyone!
