客室は清潔でした。滞在中の掃除や、リネンの取り換えはありませんでした。 常駐スタッフがいないので、入室の仕方（チェックイン）が、分かりづらく、管理会社に電話で聞きました。 同様に、チェックイン方法が不明な方が、何人もいた様です。バスルームが１室しかないので、朝や、夕方の混雑時は待ち時間が発生します。
