Hotel is kind of old, and smells weird. Doors with old fashion keys and bathroom is small. Location is great with easy access to metro, convenient stores and Tokyo City Air Terminal (if you take Limousine Bus directly from airport. It was a great place! They even gave us a free room upgrade which was very nice since we had a lot of luggage ! The room was amazing and loved how respectful they were. They know English but they don’t always understand exactly what you mean so I suggest using a translator to help them out better.
