Fantastic Stay with Thoughtful Amenities and Great

Ours Inn Hankyu is a wonderfully managed hotel that truly caters to international travelers. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by a fully staffed welcome team who can assist in multiple languages. Even with many staff members present, check-in was smooth thanks to the convenient check-in machines. The hotel is thoughtfully designed with two towers—one dedicated to solo travelers and another for those traveling in pairs or groups. This attention to detail really enhances the comfort and convenience of your stay. The location is excellent. The hotel is surrounded by sophisticated bars and izakayas—one of which Brad Pitt was recently photographed at! It’s also conveniently near a market, Starbucks, and Ootoya, making meals quick and easy. There are plenty of bakeries and pasta spots nearby as well. Omachi Station is close and connects to many main train lines, which makes getting around effortless. Despite being in a busy area, the surrounding neighborhoods are quiet and safe, yet trendy and fun to explore on foot. The best part of my stay was having an air purifier in every room I stayed in—a small touch that made a big difference for comfort and peace of mind. Overall, Ours Inn Hankyu combines convenience, thoughtful amenities, and excellent service. I will definitely book again on my next visit!

I took the Rinkai Line to Oimachi Station, which is the nearest station to the hotel. I was surprised by how far the walk was from the train platform to the hotel. It was also a bit confusing that the hotel has two separate towers. The check-in area and my room were quite far apart as well. Since check-in is handled by a machine with very limited human interaction, it can be confusing for first-time guests. The hotel should at least have staff available to assist customers during the process.

The hotel was located close to train station, only 2 mins walk which was very convenient. Staff were friendly and the room was clean and had very comfortable bed but it was super compact. Good for overnight trip.

I travel to Japan 3–4 times a year for both business and personal reasons, and this is one of the best lodgings in Tokyo I have ever stayed at. Not only is the hotel clean and comfortable, but the surrounding area also offers excellent convenience and amenities. 1. Very close to Shinagawa, making access to the Shinkansen easy. 2. Department stores are located nearby at Oimachi Station. 3. A wide variety of good restaurants can be found in the Oimachi area. 4. The hotel is well-maintained and always clean. 5. The price is affordable compared to other hotels of a similar type in Tokyo.
