We love staying at Mitsui Garden Gotanda. Neighborhood is very convenient. Only wish is for more laundry facilities. Some guests with bad behavior did not unload promptly.

I really enjoyed my stay. Great location just a few minutes walk to Gotanda station and the JR Yamanote line. Room was super clean, comfortable and quiet. Took advantage of the public bath to wind down at the end of the day - it was surprisingly always empty.
