We stayed in the Pokemon room and our kids absolutely loved it. The giant Snorlax plushie was the highlight but the kids also enjoyed all the decals on the wall. The themed bags gifted to us at check in were very nice too. All staff were super friendly, the room was clean, spacious, and comfy. Super convenient location close to Ueno station. Would definitely stay here again.

Check in and check out was easy. All staff speaks English. Location is very nice and quiet, station is just a stroll away with the mall and ameyoko. 7/11 is about 3min walk. It’s very spacious for an apartment in Japan !! Will definitely recommend or book at the another Mimaru.
