The place was clean and well kept. Is close to Ueno station and that makes it easy to travel to all the attractions. The place is a bit tight for 4 people but we managed. Highly recommend for families looking for a quiet place.

This is an excellent hotel for families. Friendly staff, convenient location next to Ueno station. You'll get the basics, and convenient stores are nearby for any food and amenities the hotel doesn't provide.

Overall, the hotel wasn't an excellent location close to things that the kids liked historical things that I liked end.The shopping district that my wife liked the staff was very friendly and very accommodating.I would definitely go back to that hotel

The apartment hotel is family friendly and all staff are very helpful and friendly. There are several konbinis nearby and it’s a short walk away from the Ueno station. In summary, a very comfortable stay at a convenient location.

The hotel was very clean. Everyday we received fresh towels and every other day they made the beds. The beds were very comfortable, my daughters had no issue falling asleep in them. My daughters especially loved the bunk bed set up. The kitchen was stocked with various essentials for doing basic cooking and eating in. We ate in more than we expected and this was a huge plus. We used the laundry machines and those were well maintained and did the jobs quickly. The staff also English very well. This was a comfortable stay and quite close to Ueno station.

The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. The service was excellent. The price was a little high. However, the amenities and location were excellent. Great kitchen. Maybe some kitchen towels and pans would be helpful for cooking. The Pokémon theme was well worth coming for. The beds were comfy and the huge, snuggly Snorlax plush made the stay a truly memorable experience.
