Overall the hotel is a good price for what you get. We did have issues with the cleaners not replacing our shampoo and body wash after housekeeping which was a bit of an issue as we discovered they were missing only after we stepped in to start showering. Breakfast is good value and pretty standard offerings. The biggest challenge is that this hotel is neither close to Shinjuku or Okubo. It’s not a bad walk, but the part of town can also be quite busy and noisy with all the clubs around. If you’re into that scene then this is lively neighborhood for you. However if you’re traveling as a family with children, would suggest doing some research before booking.

Loved the pajamas the hotel provided and also the free slippers were good quality! Of course, the bathroom and toilet facilities, as expected of Japan, high tech! The hotel staff are all friendly and helpful.

This hotel was an amazing base for our trip to Tokyo. My wife, daughter (2 1/2 years old), and I stayed here for 6 days and we loved it! I heard lots of people saying that Kabukicho was a noisy and rowdy area and whatnot, but this hotel offered so much peace and quiet that if you’re worried about that, this hotel offers serenity. They have so many amenities too, so you can save on buying some toiletries. I also recommend getting the breakfast option, as they have a good selection of American and Japanese cuisine and they rotate the food daily so you don’t get tired of your options. I would stay here again!

The staff was pleasant. They responded quickly and ensured our 2 rooms were side by side. The breakfast could have had more veggie protein options. The rooms and general rooms were clean. The restaurant was never open for food at other times of the day which was bit inconvenient especially for quick snacks or meal options.

This was my first time in Japan and I must say, I loved this hotel!!! What they lack in room space they more than makeup for in service. I would highly recommend for first timers to Japan. The staff are very helpful and most of them if not all, are bilingual. I'm already planning on staying there again for my trip back to Japan next year.

The property was in excellent condition however it is situated in a less upscale area where it was a little seedier. I would not bring kids to this area. Also a little further from subways or JR trains about 15 mins walk away.
