The air conditioning is easy to control and very efficient. Did not use the self service laundry , but the monitoring of the usage of the machines from the room's TV is very useful and helpful.

Room was clean and quite spacious for a hotel in Tokyo, especially one so close to Tokyo station. Very convenient and walkable from Tokyo station. Amenities were adequate. Would stay again!

This hotel is in a super convenient location for a great price. Tokyo Station is two blocks away with easy access to train lines, dining, and shopping. There are also multiple shopping malls in the area, and Ginza is an easy 15 minute walk away. The hotel is located on a quieter side street with less traffic. It's easy to have the hotel call a taxi for you, which will stop out front across the street. The hotel itself is more economy level than some other options available (no fancy amenities, small rooms, room cleaning once every 2-3 nights - although there is laundry on site), but it's clean and the service is good. The breakfast available for purchase is also nice, with beef, fish, curry, rice, salad, bread, and yogurt options. There are lockers available in the lobby for holding your luggage before/after check-out. Overall, a great, price-conscious option.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The walk ability to Tokyo Station is excellent. The beds are a bit firm for our preference but were great quality and we slept just fine. A great option for access to the station or for the first night after a long flight.

Absolutely fantastic hotel in all terms. Staff are always friendly and helpful. The room size is small, but there are no complaints at all, as you can easily store the unused large suitcases and the bed, and the entire space is yours to use. One of the best coffees in rooms. We didn't opt for breakfast, so no comments on that. Very quiet rooms, despite being in a busy location. Access to the station is walkable, even with big luggage. Restaurants nearby are good, but an early dinner is better as you've to wait if you go late. There are also many convenience stores nearby. I will definitely stay back next time.
