I have problem with very hard bed mattress. I got lower back pain during staying that hotel. TV volume was controlled with pretty low volume. May older people will hard to hear it.

The hotel and room were spotlessly clean. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. English is spoke there. The room was small but comfortable and the close proximity to Tokyo Station was a huge plus. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. Overall a great value and I'll definitely stay here the next time I'm in Tokyo!

The room was clean but was very very compact and not comfortable for 2 people. It was however our last night before heading to the airport so it did the trick for the price we wanted to pay.

There should be 2 luggage stools available for 2 people sharing a room/double bed. No hanging hooks on the wall for handbags. There’s only 1 USB port but there should be at least 2 available.

Room was quite compact for Anglo-Europeans but well furnished and appointed. Bathroom was compact. Breakfast foods were orientated towards local Japanese customers but had a large variety. Best point for the hotel is that it 3 to 5 minutes walk from the Yaesu side of Tokyo Station.

Handy for Tokyo station. We only stayed 1 night. Room was small but comfortable. Self service luggage storage area was handy with lockable tethers for cases. No noise issues. Would use again for a short stay and access to Tokyo station.

Staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive from check-in to check-out. Breakfast buffet is very good. Rooms are small, but typical for a major city like London, Venice, etc. Great location within walking distance Tokyo Station (JR & subways). I would be very happy to stay again in the future.
