The hotel staff were consistently warm, polite, and eager to help. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the team was always ready with quick directions or recommendations whenever we needed assistance. Ultimately, this hotel offers the ultimate combination of spotlessly clean accommodations, incredible transit access, and home-like conveniences like in-room laundry. It transformed our Tokyo trip from great to unforgettable. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and cannot recommend it highly enough to anyone planning a visit to Japan!
