This is our third time booking with a JR-East Hotels and they're always so convenient since it's literally connected or adjacent to the JR station! The staff here were amazing - so accommodating, nice, and very responsive over the hotels.com messaging portal. They truly went above and beyond to help us with pre-scheduled luggage shipment from Narita Airport when we were stuck in a Sapporo snowstorm. We booked the double room and it was small but just enough space for two people and two check in luggage. Great location in a quiet area of Mejiro and very convenient to get to Ikkebukuro and Shibuya/Shinjuku. We're so grateful to the staff and we'd definitely stay here again for our next Tokyo trip in the future!
