This was our 2nd time staying here. Great, central location to lots of Tokyo neighborhoods, even if you don't venture into the anime shops. Tiny room, but very smart layout that makes the most of the space. The bathroom is very nice and modern. Excellent staff. We had luggage and packages sent ahead. They were in our hands the moment we arrived.

The wife and I had a good time, it isnt my first time staying in Japan let alone this hotel, but I always enjoy the stay, service, and the accessibility of Akihabara. She was happy with the stores nearby and of course the local cruisine. If your into anime and video games this is the spot for you since your also near the train station. Will always return to Japan and this hotel for my stay in Tokyo. I am writing this of course cause I just left now and its 12:08 and im waiting for the bullet train to Kyoto to take another train to Nara.

The room was clean and spacious enough for 2 pax. The staffs was extremely helpful and responded promptly while assisting my needs. Hotel is located at a very good location and is surrounded with convenient store. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Akihabara.

Super clean, location was just perfect with shop beneath and great coffee and food spots next to the station. Washing machines and very functional room. We extended our stay as we were very comfortable. House keeping are super on it and can’t do enough to make you happy. You can pick facemasks, bath salts etc from reception as you want which is a lovely touch! Would definitely stay again and use this brand of hotel in Japan. Thank you so much for a lovely stay

hotel is great. clean and comfortable. only complaint is it walls were a bit thin I could hear the person in the room next door. it’s also on the first 7 floors of the building and right above a busy street so you’ll need to keep your blinds closed if you want privacy
