Great location within walking distance (15 min) to Ginza and Tokyo Station. Quiet neighborhood with very reasonably priced restaurants nearby that cater to locals. Hotel had coin-op laundry which was very helpful and a small rooftop balcony. Space in the hotel and rooms was tight but very functional. Staff were very helpful.

Such a clean and peaceful place to stay. It is a subway ride away from the big city, but it’s nice to just come back to a peaceful place. There also are some good finds near the hotel so just walk around and explore :)

Hotel is in good location close to train stations. Front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Shout out to Amrit for his customer service. Room sizes are good compared to Japan standards. One area to improve is the laundry facilities as there are only two washers and dryers and the dryers don’t work too good.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable throughout the visit. The housekeeping team did an excellent job every day, ensuring everything was clean and well organized. The staff were one of the highlights of my stay. They were not only friendly and welcoming but also extremely professional, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to assist with any request. The breakfast offered a good variety of options and was excellent value for money. The overall service was consistently efficient and attentive. The location is another major advantage, with both the metro and subway stations just a short walking distance away, making it very convenient to explore the city. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place with good service.

Good choice at reasonable price

After a long day of sightseeing and shopping (血拼) activities, enjoying the hot bath at the 11/F is the perfect last thing to do at the day end. Location is convenient and very quiet nearby.
