Nice clean room, good spot with easy access to the train station. Just across the road from lots of shops and restaurants. Staff were really lovely and the bathroom was bigger than usual for an inner city hotel in Tokyo so that was nice! Just stayed here for a night before flying out of Narita aiport (5 min walk to Keisei line which is fastest way to get to Narita).
